GET SOME, many people wont admit it dice, but what made Karkand so good was the sandstorm, the map+the sandstorm compliment eachother...its true, try playing Karkand without the storm and it sucks, try putting the storm on another map...and it sucks
i think that if EA puts the sandstorm with this graphics on there, there wont be many people that can play the map though, but yeah, i agree, there should be the sandstorm
Personally I don't think the maps is any worse without the storm.
Actually, most of the fog in Battlefield 2 is used to conceal distance clipping. But the sandstorm, I don't know.

This kinda killed karkand for me. The map is just without thewhole sandstorm thing.

Karkand without sandstorm looks like different map. Hope they atleast change the sky background, to make it more orange/brown like on Karkand
