?Are Zombies coming to Battlefield 1?

Some people have now tested the new part of battfeild 1 called "They Shall Not Pass" expansion pack that has come out. On the new Fort Vaux map, some of the players have to stop completely when they heard some one screaming. Some places behind the walls you can hear this scream that sound like a zombie.
Could this mean zombies will come to Battlefield 1 or is this just an "Easter egg" that a lot of players have found in the game? What do you think? Other players can take their turns at cracking this secret when the expansion launches sometime in March, coming two weeks earlier for those with the Premium Pass.
I'd rather have Dinosaurs instead of Zombies in a Game like Battlefield.
Better question: is Battlefield becoming Call of Duty?
If you played BF3 then it's quite obvious.
I am tired to see zombies in videogames... even in real life.
