We're doing a quick update called "Mars Update".

- The main goal is to add a few perks gameplay wise; every 20 Stylish
Finishes will add 25% health regained while adding 25% of your Banzai
Heat back.

- Dodging attacks at the right moment will add bonus Heat. Some new object placement and enemy placement in some stages.

- Flan Nougatt's voice clips are being updated to match the changes as well as add lost clips.

- Tossing in some more Cosplay Colors as well. It's been awhile.

- Also, the usual performance tweaking.

Also, the game is still 99 cents! The new update should be ready by January!

We've actually been looking into developing a Mac version of the game, mostly trying to at least have it run "without problems".

Thank you very much! :D

We understand it's not perfect, and not to everyone's taste, but hey. The game is catered to a specific crowd of people who just.... well, like fun and crazy games with nods to a better time. Don't have to take EVERY SINGLE THING IN LIFE serious. It's our first project (A team of three, if you will.) and just trying to finally decided to release this monster on the world, even if not many people know about it. :P

Currently even adding some new stuff to the game one last time for a while before jumping back on our next project.

This...god ******* christ... i have never had a game ANNOY ME this much in regards to the combat. Flan's tips are **** poor in even clueing me in as to how to improve. Dodging does apparently nothing but stalemate because the MOMENT i come out of it i'm bitchslapped in the face.

I can't figure out this supposed counter to the !! attacks nor this magical "lock" thing when timing my attack. Timing it to WHAT? The enemy attack? Good luck cause the friggin moment the enemy ATTACKS im hit already..there's nothing to telegraph and seems like mere ******* luck.

The goddamn kung fu lady? I can't even get past her. She spams "mongoose" all the ******* time and OF COURSE, dodging is useless because the moment i step outta dodge to counter im mongoosed.

The game is in serious need of a better tutorial cause there is CLEARLY some better way to fight these ******* enemies (don't get me started on the Giant Bunny Bitches) but Flan is a damn twat who gives worse criptic hints than a stereotypical old wise man character and the "tutorial" boss doesn't go into any form of in-depth explanation or exploration of advanced manuvers.

It boils down to blind ******* luck and button mashing and if it isn't the game has not shown me the contrary nor have i evne figured it out from "testing the waters" (read: getting my face punched in as i try different buttons/manuvers/practice)

*sigh*

Well now.

The !! Bubble can be countered on Boss characters, whereas the attacking after dodging an attack is the best way to catch them off guard.

As for Flan's tips, they're straight to the point. They give out basic ideas, as well as just tips on everyday life.

The game is pretty challenging and even relentless at times, but, much like God Hand, it's just a matter of adapting and reading patterns. It's "arcade challenging".

Just keep an eye on the meter, use it when you need to and take advantage of openings and being able to use projectile and sweeps.

uh huh... is there a strategy for the Big Bunny Bitches? Cause they've officially become more lethal than the bosses themselves. Everytime i encounter one they spam "Falcon Punch" and i can't even get a hit in. I know this is supposed to be "Arcade Hard" but this is just plain cheap and broken on the enemy side of things.

It also doesn't help they are not even phased by attacks (yet THE BOSSES are? This is part of why i consider them more lethal than the bosses)

The midboss bunnies are jerks but you just have to realize that they don't take much damage to kill. Hell, punch for punch they take less than the normal NON-BOSS rabbits, which is counter-intuitive really but you figure it out because you just cannot do damage in bulk to them. You gotta do the whole stick and move thing, sway their FALCON PUNCH and then poke them in the face twice, repeat until dead. Kyo plays harder than I do, going for five hits which puts you practically into the rapid kick combo and is to me a great way to get a bunny knuckle sandwich in the face. It's easy as pie to sway and jab them. It's almost a hypnotic rhythm.

The big problem is when they have little bunnies backing them up, which is no good. The minions are the only little jerks that can grab you out of a dodge which is another great way to get served a knuckle sandwich. You can't jump to escape that so you need to either just herd them and get the little bunnies out pronto or use a super move. If you've beaten the top-heavy cowgirl, you should have the ability to burn a whole super meter on a screen clearing attack which works great for those rabbits. I think it was Attack+Shoot+Down.

A lot of the later level strategies I had were built on saving that charge up and burning it to wipe out the toughest encounter. Each level is only about five encounters so there's at most two ******* encounters there.

Now, I still don't have an easy way to deal with shooter succubus demon things AND boss rabbits AND minion rabbits...

Also, saving for super means using the surrounded burst attack is a no go. That said, Kyo ain't kidding. The surrounded burst attack is a solid sock in the jaw to everyone around you. It isn't a LOT of damage but if you are just borderline on killing something it can definitely finish them off.

Another thing to build meter is a hidden finisher that's the taunt button as the bunny mooks faint.

Also, Flan mentions that there is a hidden move that is unlocked after defeating Vanilla called Blazing Strikes. (Costs three Tabs. Up + Strike + Jump. Activated upon landing a hit on an enemy.)

See my buddy down there? Episode 6. He seems to get by them just fine.

It's simple really. Dodge, wait for them to lunge punch by, turn around and throw in a few hits, repeat. It's actually pretty simple. Every five hits makes them flinch.

Again, with that meter you build as you hit, you can do a 360 burst attack which does more damage and stuns them.

Also, you can still wield projectiles from a safe distance. Still does damage.

They're literally easy by themselves if you try not to over think it.

As for the reason the Jennies have "super armor", is mostly because they only have two attacks, low health and a simple pattern.

One of the best Beat'em ups I've played in a long time. It's hard, got that classic 2D arcade feel! Wonderful soundtrack to boot! Thank you for giving me a blast from the past! Oh, can't forget the wonderful character designs! Keep up the amazing work bro!!
