extract rar copy file to: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\aliens vs predator\Characters now open Multiplayer.lst file to the next line write: Characters\White Aliens2.en it repleace hopefully all multyplayer aliens ps: if you will place it to misc and edit common.ist it will work for sp too

No. The visibility of the alien depends on the amount of light available, regardless of the skin's colour. Don't worry, I thoroughly tested this skin for Mooner before release. It can actually be even more difficult to see depending on the surroundings.
