Ooh, thats what I'm talking about...
Thanks for sharing!
Man, that sword has a lot of crevices!
wow, a 2048x2048 image just for a sword??? thats awesome!
I always thought smaller assets would be able to use 1024x1024 textures and then larger assets like characters would use 2048x2048

Yea I show these now and again to show how much detail goes into the project, normally stuff like this would be lower res because of the fact its a small item but I am going for larger textures because I want this to be super detailed, so most of the stuff I do for the OVA is either 1024 or 2048 :D

I'm really impressed that UTE 3 can handle all these high quality textures.
Are you using PNG too?
Its going to be a huge download when you're done

Im using TGA which is the format that UDK uses but essentially they are still the same quality from what I know.

yeah, I've used that in the past. The only reason I started using PNG is because the transparent capabilities and you can preview it in Windows Explorer.

I try to check them when I search through the gallery or upload stuff, plus I think that replying to everyone is a nice way to keep incontact with everyone and get their opinions on work :)
