Mmm this looks a little different to the other facions, seems to be more ''defensive'' and then counteratacks. the reasons are that there is only 1 defensive structure that looks like a bunker, i supose it'll work both as antivehicle and antiinfantry as well as antiaircraft, its a 3 in 1. In addition that walker can spawn inantry squads. Only 1 aircraft instead of having a jet and a gunship, perhaps it is some kind of mixture? Then i see very strong antiaircraft vehicles as well as one long range artillery that looks like a howitzer. even there is a hero with an antitank rifle(It is, right?).

So the tactic could be to build a base, place the antieverything bunkers, produce some artillery and antiaircrat mechs as well as those ones that spawn infantry, and recruit the hero and some snipers and antitank rifles. that could be a very strong defense that would crush the enemy atack and let the player begin a fast counteratack with all the units he produced in mass before.

i would dare to say, It's better to atack fast this faction before he can build a strong defense. By the way, nice job, i see very original ideas and features for each faction. And, have you thought about land mines? Perhaps the builders could deploy them like buldings, or some special ability for a unit.

Your close, The Bunkers (or Pill Boxes as I call them) are only effective against Infantry and light vehicles, and cannot attack air units. However one of the tech buildings "Fortress" has high hp and armor as well as firing anti-tank rockets. For better anti tank anti aircraft you need to supplement them with units. You can still make a solid defense if you hide snipers and AT rifles and add some Officers to increase their attack and heal them. But I wouldn't say this faction would be more defensive than any other faction.

Yes the Hero carries a large AT Rocket launcher.

Land mines while technically possible, are not well implemented in the engine. There is no 'hide' ability nor a way to remove mines once placed, if you disable its collisions. If collisions are enabled the the Ai will easily target mines and destroy them long before they come within detonation range.

Oh i see :)

and what if the mines had a lot of hp and were some kind of barrier?, and what if something like nuclear radiation was deliverid by them damaging all enemy ground units? then you would have 2 options, spend time trying to destroy the barrier of ''mines'', and go trough damaging your units (''Mines'' wouldnt disappear because they don't explode).

So, what you could do is that builders can build something like mines on the ground that don't have collision and arent neither hided, but if enemy units go trough them, they will be damaged, even destroyed, and the ''mines'' won't disappear unless they are destroyed by the enemy, which would be very difficult since other defenses would be placed behind them and they would have a lot of hp, at the same time they would cost quite a big amount of resources.

do you think ''mines'' or something like ''mines'' could be implemented this way?
- no collison, but they can be removed if enemy destroys them, not exploding like normal mines. I supose that was the problem.
(''nor a way to remove mines once placed, if you disable its collisions'')
- lots of hp and very expensive.
- damage enemy units that are close to them.

So they are more like radiation/poison traps rather than mines? I like the idea! I think as a hero unit special ability to be able to drop these in key locations to set up devastating ambushes.

Exactly, glad you liked the idea :)

I'd say the Alliance is the easiest.
