If you wish to get more extensive materials for hospital areas, check out Mental Memorial released recently. If you wish for more modern day materials and models, the chainlink fence, bath and industrial fan can be found elsewhere on moddb. Adrenaline syringe can be found in the addons section as well .
Penumbra assets, Flashlight and Batteries can be found from the White Night mod.

Just replace the modern objects with the standard objects. Maybe it's even in a README file?
