The Aliens are back in the sequel to Monolith's scary first person shooter, Aliens vs. Predator. You can play as either one of the three species in AvP II, bt there'll be ten characters - divided between the three species - that you can choose to be. All the weapons that were in the original AvP will be in this sequel and you'll be immersed into 21 new missions.

From what I heard this game is cool...you really shouldnt trust demos since the producers are never smart enough to show off anything good in them.
Basicly the game gets far better when your playing aliens..like you can be sorta a head crabish thing a parasite and all sorts of stuff. The marine aspect is most obviously lacking of course.
but Lithtech doesn't do it justice. but still a good game all around!!! 4 out of 5 from me!
P.S. Primal Hunt Add-on bites ass. I give primal hunt 1/5
avp2 is an awesome game
I played a MP demo of this game and it was terrible. Way too many keys, bad graphics, cheap attacks, bad maps, etc. etc. etc. I am right to just dismiss it as crap without playing the actual game, right?

great for a quick LAN here at uni between lectures
primal hunt mod makes this game well worth revisiting
the distance things makes things faster, its called LOD.
also, some times this game freaked me out, after play fo a solid hour, i feel like I am in it. AWSOME, gonna have to resume play.
I have to say ,even though it has been a while since i last played this game, that this game is damn fine. The only thing i'm not too keen on is the engines lack of being able to render skins well at a distance or even at a fairly close distance.
