This is a small tabletop version of the flag of the United Governments.
The flag of the United Governments is the national flag of the Pastagers, descendants of globalized human society from the Past Age. It consists of thirteen equal horizontal stripes of red (top and bottom) alternating with white, with a blue rectangle in the canton bearing twelve small, white, five-pointed stars arranged around one large white star in the center.
Originally the flag contained more stars (each one was devoted to the country joined the UG). The amount and position of the stars was during the first decade after the Reset, when crumbs of humanity hidden in underground arks was getting used to its new life. Since that time, the 13 stars on the flag represent 13 underground cities of the United Governments that was under construction by the Reset.
By 132 A.R. the United Governments has 7 active underground cities out of 13 cities founded before the Reset. Three of them are located on the territory of the former North America. The population of such underground megalopolises is about 10 million people.
