ohya a duh im stupid, i have GIMP 2 (well thats the name of it on my desktop) and i have windows. if you needed to know that.

can any 1 help me im makeing some badges but the image is way low its like 4bits and theres some i have when playing the game from the other ppl and there images are way lower then mine but the bit is like 12 can anyone tell me how to make the bit go up without barely editing the image?
Does any 1 know were i can find a download to make my own mod. because i want to make a mod that adds platforms to the game because i made a HUGE map (so HUGE that the radar thing "spacebar" cant see it and acually u wish your probes had hyperspace) so that u can have a homebase and i allready have ideas like a "RU platform" "main platform"
"ship platform" "trade rout platform(make an AI that you can set for like 1-10 min those ships on the 2 mission come in hper space and drops of RUs)" "Reaserch platform" "Hyper space platform" "Launch deck"(to store your ships if u have to many OR to look cool) and many more if i took the time to think of some. so can eny 1 tell me were i can find 1??? or a suggestion to a mod maker(i think it would be pretty cool :)
