3DBE is an indie game around engineering and constructing. Creating ingenious architecture and mechanics in a physicalized world by combining materials like beams, ropes, interactive hydraulics and street segments. Construct one of the endless possible constructions and make them move, maybe through a selfmade world or space created in the leveleditor. In a mission campaign you will have to drive a truck over the bridges just made before. Bridges in the meaning to connect one point to another. This could be a bow bridge over a river, a crane to lift the truck up a mountain, a cable car to bridge a canyon or whatever is possible to realise with a limited amount of credits. So its important to build wise to get stability, -otherwise you could see an impressive collapse of the construction. To make this possible i work on the easiest accessable 3D editor to place and connect the materials.

There is not much new to report, as i had many other things to do in the last 2 weeks. Like getting a new harddisc after my old one was broken. The last 3dbe save on this disc was 5 weeks old. So i lost some work as well, but i´m going to finish the reprocess soon.
- What is new anyway since the last update is the function to edit the color for the standard beams prefabs. That function should follow for other prefabs as well. Its a nice optical function and gives a better overview on more complex constructions.
- And i have worked on the object import. For first just colored cubes beneath the older trees, but other primitives and whole levelscenes will follow in the next days.
The object import now works like a plugin interface to import not just the object with meshes and materials. It extends the main programm with scripts or can trigger given access points.
- lastly i worked on some tutorial levels to give a nice detailled introduction to the game.
Reminds me greatly of Armadillo Run. Looks fun!
I don't exaggerate when I say that this sim/game could save the world :D
Vote for you :D
Voted for you, your game is like gmod meets minecraft and I love that construction aspect!
Got a VOTE from here :)
Voted, hope you guys win.
are you guys thinking about putting this on Steam Greenlight?
we guys is just me. Steam Greenlite sounds like a good idea, but i´m not that sure for now.
Need to get more information and if it means that the game is later just avaiable on steam, then no.
im studying architectural engineering, this game looks epic!
