After the release of the WoP Patch 1.2 for Mac some users reported issues, especially on older PowerPCs and MacOS 10.4 and downwards. Here is the fix.

After the release of the WoP Patch 1.2 for Mac some users reported issues with the universal binary. Especially on older PowerPCs and MacOS 10.4 and downwards WoP crashed without any error message. We are sorry for this but now we are able to provide a solution to fix the problem. We made a new universal binary supporting Intels and PowerPCs as well from MacOS 10.3 on. (Sorry, but MacOS 10.2 won't be supported anymore!) Many thanks to the Mac users of our community out there for reporting and testing.

So if you already downloaded the first version of the WoP patch for Mac (wop_patch_1_2.dmg) and it worked fine for you, there is no need to download the new version. If you had problems with the patch for Mac then download the new version (wop_patch_1_2b.dmg) and install it over. If you are confused and don't know which version you should download, make sure that you install the dmg image called "wop_patch_1_2b.dmg" with a "b" in the end. We try to remove the old patch version from the mirrors. Thanks to everyone who has kindly provided mirrors!
