It has been a long time since our latest update but now, after several months of hard work, hundreds of hours of coding, modelling, texturing, animating, etc. we can give you a new demo of 3:00am Dead Time
This demo is running on UDK, the engine we are using now to develop the game. We hope that this demo will help you to know if your PC can run the game smoothly, and to give you a sneak peak of the full game.
This demo includes the first chapter of the game (this is, the tutorial mission) which is divided in four different zones. It also features a lot of the work we have done in these months, including image filters, a lot of code for the new paranormal AI system, the interaction systems and new improved graphics.
Here you have a brief list of the features of this demo :
Remember that this is a demo version of a game still in development, so you may encounter some bugs and glitches. All the features of the game (graphics, sound, gameplay) may change and will improve over time.
You can download the demo as a multipart download from here :
Just download the three files, and execute the first part (3amDT_AutoJoin.exe) to generate a big zip file, which contains instructions and the installer.
Here is the release trailer of this new demo, so you can see how it looks like :
Enjoy the demo!
Now that the demo is out, we have resumed the development of the second Beta of the game. The original scenes that we made inside Unity are being redesigned from scratch, so they can be scarier and add more value to the gameplay. In these last days we have uploaded several updates about the development of this Beta, and in the next days we will share more images and videos. This article will also resume our Development Diaries, where you will get all the info about the development of the game.
We can't give a release date for this new Beta yet, but we can say that it will be ready soon, as you will see with these updates. As soon as we finish it, we will send the files to all our funders.Remember that you can play the new levels of the game as soon as we finish them by joining the exclusive Beta program. You just need to fund the development of the game, and you will receive exclusive content, early access to the beta versions of the game, and a DRM-Free copy of the full game.
We'd like to thank our funders for their feedback during the early release of this demo, and all our followers for their incredible support to this game. You make us work harder to create the best terror experience we can give you.
Thanks for your support, and enjoy the game!
