The world has plunged into chaos, experimentation with a man made virus went wrong one day slowly infecting the world turning almost every living being into some mutated beast, the government sent the most important people into space with experimental cloning equipment and a selected amount of DNA. The idea was to hopefully return to earth with an army, eradicate this virus and re-populate the earth. Shortly after we left earth fell silent, we have no idea whats down there marine and its your job to find out.

What's with the mag near the butt? Is it a replacement? They look like they are different sizes tough...

2 spare clips, they are exactly the same size as they are a duplicate of the original ( the clip goes inside the gun a bit) and the rear is a bit closer to the camera.
The spare mags look stupid and from a realism perspective would be quite impractical.
I also don't like the red.

how so? and the textures arnt propper it was just me screwing around with blender material editor
scar-L..since the H version has a bigger magazine for firing 7.62 mm rounds with 20 bullets capacity, while the L one uses the 5.56 mm bullets fitted into a stanag 30 round magazine..which has bigger ammo but less power since the 7.62 is quite a powerful round..
