The world has plunged into chaos, experimentation with a man made virus went wrong one day slowly infecting the world turning almost every living being into some mutated beast, the government sent the most important people into space with experimental cloning equipment and a selected amount of DNA. The idea was to hopefully return to earth with an army, eradicate this virus and re-populate the earth. Shortly after we left earth fell silent, we have no idea whats down there marine and its your job to find out.

the... hum... part that is held by the hand (don't know how it is called in english :P ) of the knife doesn't look like "confortable" to grab, not very anatomic, or maybe is just the angle of it on the pic.
Otherwise it looks pretty cool and menacing >:3

Looks cool! (but I agree with Midnightmare - grip isn't very comfortable. ) What a type of a normal map it is? Looks like not a tangent normal map...
i tried tangent but i couldn't get it to work properly, i kept getting a completely flat bump map or it would create a bump map of both the high and low poly model and you could imagine a map that's highlighting the low poly bumps :/
Thanks for the comments, to clear things up about the Handle (that isnt actually the handle) ill make a few quick concept images about how the weapon is used, stand buy
