The trailer shows a foot soldier rendered invisible, appearing out of nowhere. VTOL gunships are seen patrolling the skies over streets surging with giant Mechs.

Conflict 2142 hits the public!
As some of You already know our Modification through our Tournament
CF2142.com, the mod is dedicated to fixing bugs/errors and adding new
content to the Battlefield 2142. We have succeeded.

Unfortunately, the mod being developed purely for the Conflict
Tournament in mind, made the community not mention much about us - or
mention nothing at all. But now as the Modification has been polished,
stress tested by our dedicated Community, we have prepared the Public,
2.6 version of the mod, as well providing public servers to play the
mod on. And now, we are going to fix it, and we try to spread the word.
There is an alternative for people who find vanilla unsatisfying. There
is Conflict 2142.
Give it a go! Most of the info needed to get started has been posted
on our ModDB profile, as well are the screenshots. Go have a look at
the profile and see what we can offer. And what we have are new
vehicles, new weapons, new maps. Everything You ever wanted in 2142,
but it was missed out*.
We have made the battlefield right. Do it the right way with Conflict.

Battlefield 2142 has amazing graphics, sounds and gameplay. However, the demo cannot show you anywhere near the potential of the full game.
I downloaded the 1gb demo and was entralled with it. So i downloaded the 2gb full game (an extra 1gb of maps!). It is truly amazing how they can squeeze so much detail and realism into 2gb. AND becuase i downloaded it (at £29.99, less than rrp), i got the limited edition!
If you like this game, try the demo, but don't be put off by it. There is much more than meets the eye, with adavcnement in ranks, new weapons, abilities, scores, commander powers etc. It is truly an enthralling game. Even if you haven't played any battlefield games (like myslef), try this one. Look out for me on the battlefiled soldiers!

I'm playing the demo for this game right now, and I noticed that there is no host server option, only rent a server. Is the host server feature included in the full game or is the only way to host to rent a server? Also if there is any way to host a server in the demo could someone point me towards it?
PS: I have a T1 internet connection so lag is not a problem

I've been playing the demo and this game pwns. I didn't like 1942, Veitnam and Battlefield 2 but I love this one!!!!111
