Battlefield 2142 PC game

why don'tyou like 2142 its awsome. it took a huge step from bf 2 and 2142, i'm happy about it well other than theydidn't but a story mode but other than that i'm happy so every one who hates this game up your @$$ because people can just make a modthats beter than the game

I've been playing BF2142 sine it came out it is better then BF2 By far, The loading time is 10 times faster, the unlocks, The Squads every thing is better but if you Prefer a modern combat game BF2142 isn't a game you should get. They have released patches lately for BF2142 that fixes these kicks from PB. But I'm unsure it has fixed all of them.

i havent even got this game but my friend has and i just stumbled across this page, but i used to have bf veitnam and pb was a pain in my @$$ too, it banned me for no reason, i had no hacks, no cheats and i didnt even know what a mod was back then

EA is so stupid.You wanna know why?They put PB(PunkBuster) in a cool game.Now every time I try to play on a server,PB kicks/bans me.Now I think I bought the whole stupid game for nothin.

Buy the game if you want to,but I wouldn't because PunkBuster is being a @$$.

I think PB should be called SB(StupidBuster lol)because SB/PB(however you want to call it)is stupid.

This game is a slap in the face to the Modding community.

EA has never been friendly towards modders, This game should of been a mod in itself.

But then again, that wouldnt be profitible for EA- scratch that!

I feel so sorry for you guys, You are shelling out $$$ for gameplay that can easily be replicated with a mod team.

The Half-life community would feel CHEATED if Valve shipped crap like this out the door.

This is the best game in the battlfield series yet! An overhauled game engine brings you improved graphics/sound/and physics! Also its debuger for moders is quite an advance from BF2. Although mod tools have yet to be released... The maps are masterpieces put together by the finest mappers in DICE, to give an outstanding experience! I purchased the download from EA LINK the day it was released, and 15 minutes later I was playing, and having a great time doing so, Thus; I give this game a 5/5

whats this about, come on EA, pls put out a patch that addresses this, 6 maps is a joke right?

in short the game is pretty good but titan mode is just a rip off of UT2004 onslaught. the action is a little slow for me and it you diw you get respawned awy from the action with then taqkes forver to get back in.

Graphics and musc/sound is excellent.

One question? I have map alternative keys for some functions including invert mouse is ticked yet when using the vehciles it seem to on be able to use the default keys and invert mouse is unticked? am i right or have i just missed and option somewhere in the menu system?

Help on this would be appreciated

you can play offline idiot you just have to go singleplayer... but you can only play like 6 maps and they are conquest with bots...with 16 players :S
