PRECINCT HQ v1.1 - Single Player, CoOp, Barricaded Suspect, Vip

A local terrorist group has taken the 'right' in their own hands, and have assaulted the Police Precinct to free their leader. They've barricaded themselves and have taken the personnel hostage. You are going in through the basement, where the cells are located in order to stop the terrorists and free the hostages. Remake of "TOM CLANCY'S SPLINTER CELL 1 - TBILISI POLICE PRECINCT"

Some of the changes:

Added an area at the spawn, to make the entry look more like the SplinterCell level
Prisoners are no longer hostages, so don't have to be cuffed anymore.
The doors of these cells can't be opened anymore either.
