Wikipedia: Turok will be the latest installment in the first-person shooter series of video games based on Acclaim Entertainment's comic series under the same name. The game is currently scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 5, 2008 and in the spring for the PC. It is being developed by Propaganda Games and published and distributed by Disney Interactive Studios under the Touchstone banner.

as we know many other countries will have to wait a few more days till turok comes on the shelves of game stores as shipping worldwide takes a awful long time but dont worry as there might be some disscusion that the older turok games might become sharware

Is this game worth buying/any good or not?

I have the PC version and it is pretty hard and especially EXTREMELY linear which sucks balls.

IMO faithfullness is not the problem here,they took a B movie theme that makes the first 3 games look great, then use new FPS mechanics that water things down even more.
I can handle the meek generic fiction I can not handle the meek gameplay and lack of polish.
this needs to be updated
cant get passed the sea monster on the hard difficulty, kinda sucks but whatever, its a good game, there needs to be a aiming assist though cos the dinosaurs are far too fast. Jurassic Park mod I say!!! haha :)
Having never played a previous Turok game id have to say that it looks good but i understand that many fans of the old games are not happy about how "faithful" it is being to its earlier incarnations
This one kinda pisses on the other ones. Its nothing like them more like a nooby game with alot of modern clinches.
