Hello! I'm Andrew from Thrallsoft, and we're currently working on the Tac-Sys engine's premier game Zombies Don't Pay Taxes. The Tac-Sys engine will be a turn-based tactical game engine that supports extreme modification - down to core gameplay mechanics - using a variety of in-game tools, scripting, and simple XML. Our intention with this engine is to allow users to not just modify our game, but to create their own tactical games similarly to how RPGMaker allows users to make their own RPGs. Our flagship game Zombies Don't Pay Taxes is about an outbreak of a zombie creating nanovirus out of Vaiatrax Pharmaceutical Company, and features randomized persistent characters, an evolving overworld, destructible terrain, and live-action cutscenes. Keep in mind that the content (scripts, art, animations) that we create for our Tac-Sys games will be available for the users of our engine to use in their own games.
