supermonkey {HOG}$upermonkey	This won't be a well respected idea but hear me out. Me and my friend were thinking what would happen if we had some spin off of Zelda, probably as a mod for ut3. Since I can map on UT3 and twilight princess models are already ported to .3ds, I figured I'd take the lazy way out if I ever do start this. So we figured three teams, one for each of the three forces (tri-force lol) and each team has about 6 very unique characters. I'd make a list to explain but I think you get the idea. Anyway, I thought it would be interesting if they all played just like in the game (twilight princess). I'm no pro so I thought this would be a good way to start off getting serious in modding, I've been trying for years but I guess I've been aiming way over my head. This seems a little more realistic, at least as far as my skills go. Good idea? Bad idea?

ngs616	Seems to me like your still shooting pretty high. As for your question; I can't tell you if its a good idea or a bad idea. It is a very vague concept.

Ex0TiCz Crazy Ninja Modder Thing	The first thing that came to mind was...."Zelda? Really, its Zelda.....", then i decided to get past the stage of where i just though "NO", it might actually be a fun idea if you can get it 100%.

zenarion Non-Player Character	I am also wondering what this game will be about? From what I understand, you want to make a team-vs-team game set in the Zelda universe. With 3 teams. What will the teams be doing? What style? How big teams? Is it a sports game, or a team-deathmatch combat game? --

Basically I had in mind just a team deathmatch between 3 teams or some goofy gametype. The style would play out like twilight princess or as close as possible. -- About that, would you like me to tell you now or after you finish your milk?

Johnchief117	Well before you go ahead, I'll ask some questions: 1.) Are you very good at mapping for UT3? 2.) Do you find that using the Twilight Princess models is original? 3.) Do you have a team of people willing to help? If you can answer "yes" for all 3, then I believe it will work out And I recommend you try using UDK instead of making a UT3 mod so then you can release it as a stand-alone game more people will be able to play it
