Moddb's one, defanatly. I always just try to get 0ne that looks like it... Never found one as good :(

Have you used it? Have you installed it on your site? Don't just suck up to sites without forming opinions now...

I prefer phpBB because it just works and it's free.

I dislike phpBB, tho hate ikonboard and invision even more.
vBulletin is by far the best, UBB a close second.

moddb's forum is nice and fast, gets the job done better than most the other more bloated free boards like ikonboard.

I like the Desura engine because you have the ability to post comments on each other's profiles, host different links and profile images, have a long, comprehensive member information guide with plenty of stats, different sections dedicated specifically to modding on said profile, while wrapping it up with inspiration from other forum engines while also bringing in innovation, and you have a really nice, complex forum engine.

shacknews' comment system is amazing, it doesnt have a fancy interface but its very efficient. quick easy, love it.
