Why does know we employ the govermwnt? Thread

Ok im kinnda havin trouble understanding why no one seems to know that the US goverment is employed by the US people. Why do people act like bush should be a god when he should be takin orders from the people who pay his salary. Have you ever heard of people talk about him "We should respect the Pres blah blah blah....."

My point is you don't see the owner of an store going up to a cashier and worshipping them.

All other gov are like this too espaecaly 3rd world countries were their pres look like kings.

The origianl title was "Why does no one know that the goverment is an employie of the United Staes people" just seemed kinda long

no i know what it is i'm talkin bout what it should be not something run by ultra-conservatives who can remember WWII

I really hate the gov alot i think that some one should read the constution it says people can get rid of the gov if they don't like it and make a new one the US should.

What i mean is that the goverment is starting to control too much of our lives and noone else seems to care. Their all just in goverment to make money and not to better the country it's becoming a popularity contest example arnold schartz-i-somethin if he gets elected whats next hulk hogan as president
