Which is better: HL2 or Halo2 Thread

I personally think that they both will be equal in power because they are made by the same company. Here's my rating system

Story:
Half-Life2: (4) They left off with a cliffhanger and g-man's job proposal. What more do you want
Halo2: (5) Also left off with a cliffhanger, although I won't tell you, you gotta find out

Weapons:
All: (5) 5 for both because it's Gearbox, you don't know what's going through their heads!

Enemies:
Half-Life 2: (5) well you defeated them, now what? Who knows, that's the best part!
Halo2: (4) You'll know why if you beat the game.

Mysteries:
Half-Life2: (5) G-man's job proposal, I don't know what it is (or who he is)
Halo2: (5) Is the Master Chief a human, cyborg, machine, I just don't know (although I have theories) And what about that cliffhanger?!?!?!

All-in-all I'd have to go with Halo2 a little more because they have books about it and I think books are kinda cool (books to games anyways). Game-wise I still think that they will be both great games!!!

You havent played either, so its not even an opinion based on anything

If were talking hype and which will generally live upto the expectations set; Half Life 2.

i guess HL2, why? i dunno just a guess...

None of use have played them so I wouldnt go around saying that this is better then the other.

ill prefer HL2 most likely, ive played halo.. was cool, but thats all i tought, then i closed it and never played it again once i crashed landed on the planet and walked aroudn abit
