i have some android games and i'd like to know the best way to advertise my games in this website!

What GeneralJist said is right, but you have to make your content EXCEPTIONAL.

Completely disagree with foxdimi, you do not have to make your content "exceptional". All you need is to have enough screenshots. (Moreover, there is no need for any trailers to have your game submitted and authorised, they are completely optional.)

As for advertising, you can use community groups (to note, not someone else's games or development groups, only relevant community/fan/hobby groups) to promote your game, for example Android Fans Indiedb.com (e.g. you can link news page to other pages at the bottom of news submission page) and Pimpage & Posing subforum Indiedb.com

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought you have to make your content the best of the best to be "worthy" of advertising.

No, only the news articles have to be of high quality, but they do not have to be exceptional in any way. The same about advertising on e.g. YouTube, all you need is a good quality dev diary, there is no need for super duper edited footage with AAA voice acting backing it or anything.

...I might play that MS Paint Half Life over a HD texture pack and effects mod.

People have already done stuff like that MS paint. However, if it is MS Paint, it better be unique.
