I know I'm a newbie but what exactly does it take to get an answer from a staff member here to resolve a problem? Srsly, I am old, I am tired, I may not be a "cool" member but I buy games and I gift them. You'd think three or six email pleas to staff members that are ostensibly "online" over twelve hours would produce ONE response.
I need help so what exactly does it take to get it? There is no real "support" thread that gives answers. Searches produce threads that are no help whatsoever. The site is unfathomably difficult to navigate and after much searching for help to finally discover "staff" emails, and then sending four or five PM's I get ZERO response? Srsly peeps, what gives?
I'd appreciate a response to my relentless messages. Please?

Personally I've never tried to contact the staff for help, so I can't relate to your frustration. However, the forums are a good place to seek help for things. With that being said, what exactly do you need help with?

I finally got help from support.
My problem was that I bought a copy of Project Zomboid to giveaway in an awareness campaign for Chloe Sagal. Since I did not yet have the name of a person, I sent the gift to myself (in order to buy it during the period when proceeds were going to her Indiegogo campaign).
When I tried to gift the code to the winner, the gift was attached to my account.
Apparently there is no way to buy a gift in advance!

Here is the deal, we have 2 people on staff and we are based in Australia. You sent 6 total things into our various inboxes within a 13 hour time frame. We are not always here to answer your emails 24/7 we are human and humans need time away from the keyboard to eat, sleep and do other various things.
What you are expecting is completely unreasonable, we will answer your questions once we see them. Expect to wait 24 hours before your tickets are answered, since you will not be the only one who wants help with something. You must know that by now expecting an instant response from anything is again unreasonable what makes our support any different?
