Virtual Plague

Virtual Plague is an independent game design studio with around 10
people on the staff, this includes Graphic Designers, Web Designers,
Writers, Motion Graphic artists, 3D Modelers, and concept artists.
Everyone involved are 100% dedicated to making this game happen.

I will stress that this is an unpaid job right now, the game will be sold on steam and other markets, everyone who has worked on the game will receive a percentage of the money it has made.

What are we looking for?

Virtual Plague is looking for more people to fill crucial positions within the company, for our 2D/3D Sidescrolling Platformer.
We are looking for people who are professional and dedicated
to there craft, we would like someone who is social and will be active
within the company, skype is a must have for anyone joining the team,
and anyone joining must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) there
will be no exceptions about this if you cannot sign then you will not be able to join us, this
is to protest everyone working on the game as well as yourself. Here
are a few things we would like to see.

  • Stay dedicated and passionate to development and commit at least 10 hours a week.
  • Always push yourself to be the best that you can.
  • Always act in a professional manner.
  • And as always have fun, this is a gaming environment and the team is made up of gamers.

Concept Art Requirements

  • Someone that had good artistic abilities.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Able to design Sci-Fi environments and Characters.

3D Modeler Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Autodesk 3DS Max, Maya, Blender or any other Modeling Software.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Can model any given task and do it in low or high poly.
  • Good knowledge of the Unity Engine.'

We are also looking for Programmers but we do not need them until pre-production on design is finished, but here are the requirements for programmers.

C# Programmer Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of the Unity Engine.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Can code anything that is asked of them and code it as best as they can.
