Hello there! There's been this idea in my head for a long time. Everyone knows RPG Undertale, right? Everyone knows bullet-hell Touhou Project, right? Then, what about a mod that merges both? I am already making the roles, but, as said in my introduction topic, my pc sucks, and I cannot do the sprites myself. Yay. I can easily edit scripts, unpack and repack data, but any image manipulator lags like hell on my pc. And...um...since I'm new to this forum, I'm looking for some advice about how to get started when recruiting a graphic/spriter/whatever. Oh, and let me know what do you think about this idea, too!
