Total Fallout Conversion Idea Thread

This isn't something I would be able to do, seeing as I don't own FO3 and I already have something to work on, but I was thinking. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a fallout 3 mod *in space*. I was thinking something like this: There isn't a main story line, but there are 3-5 very involved faction story lines. (About twice the length of the mages guild questline, with better quests) Factions like: Space Marines, Assasins/ Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, and a quest line where you sign up for goverment "testing" where you gain pyschic powers or something like that. The mod would take place completely on space stations and space ships. And when I say "space station" Im talking not about small stuff like the ISS but large stuff like Bengal Station in necropath (If youve read it) and the smallest being like "battle school" in enders game. Space ships would probably be on the bigger end too, because its no fun to be confined to a small area. So are there any Fallout modders that think this is a good idea? It would be a lot of work, but someones doing an oblivion conversion of *diskworld*, So I think it would be possible

Or maybe "HRRRRRRRRRRG". Ive heard the imperial gaurd say all sorts of things.

Concept is good.
Ammount of work is huge.
Executing this concept in a good, quality fashion is hard.
How much work can you put into it? Is the writing (storylines) good?

Then don't work in any more projects.

It would be interesting if fallout story continues in space...
