I can't describe how happy I am. They Hunger is my most favorite mod. Now a new one for HL2 is coming out. Don't know what else to say. Click the link above for more info if you didn't read your steam update.

I'm not one bit opposed to TH:LS costing money. I think Neil and his crew deserve to be paid for the excellent jobs they do.

it's not free... You have to buy it. Does look very cool though, the other "They Hunger" s were very sexy.

I think I'll take my chance with the dozens of other zombie mods that are actually free, like The Hunger. Doubt the Source version will be that much better than the original, though. Sequels usually suck.

*hint* maybe one of the Moddb staff should interview Neil (neil@blackwidowgames.com) about the new They Hunger...

It's the exact same thing as the original, which hl2 graphics. They didn't even take the time to make custom models, more like crappy reskins of hl2 models. They're trying to support their whole game on their mapping ability, which is an illogical choice.

Really? Cause the mapping in They Hunger was good enough itself to make the mod amazing (in my opinion of course )

It's not graphics that matter its gameplay and They Hunger and Darkstar was both very good gameplay. Alot of games are crap cause they hope there graphics will carry them and thats the least important.

I will buy They Hunger.

Yeah, but it could also mean that they are taking time to make lots and lots of awesome levels and design.
