It is a problem with your graphics card.

Did you installed all the recent and required drivers before playing? Did you accidently or on purpose deleted any ".dll" files from your System folder?.

Usually updating your drivers or restoring older if the new ones are broken should fix this error.

IFAIK OpenAL is a sound library that is commonly used by game developers. Usually when installing a game that needs OpenAL, either the installer will specifically ask if you want to install the OpenAL files or sometimes the OpenAL installer is located in the folder where the game was installed and would be called OpenALwEAX .exe

Now if for some reason you cannot find the OpenAL installer just head on to OpenAL.org and get the installer.

I believe the download link is:
Connect.creativelabs.com

If its not look for it under the downloads section.

If these two options aren't working for you, I believe I know how to solve your problem. I've had lots of past experience with missing .dll files and they are quite easy to fix to be honest. Simply search the file you are missing on Google and go to the dll-files.com link, then download the missing .dll fixer. In your case the button will read, "Download openal32.dll Fixer." Once you download that, it will fix the problem and you can uninstall the program it installs on your computer without losing the .dll file. I'll provide the link for your missing .dll below. Hope this helps.
