The Next Realistic HL2 Drivin Game Thread

Don't Think this mod will suck. It won't. The mod will be called "Drivers Ed"

"With technological advances, HL2 includes all of the great physics in vehicles to make an amazing driving game. This game will have educational value and action value. The plan is to create drivers ed at the confort of your own home. Other plans is to have adventure driving with such game-plays:

Open-Road: You are allowed to drive around a large city and venture into the plains.

Drivers Ed: Learn how to drive in an amazing creation of the most realistic tests and lessons ever in a educational game.

Bounty Hunter: Be a bounty hunter to kill another bounty hunter off. This gameplay is played in a city. Each player is on the opposite side of the city. With traffic and civilians in the way. You may have to risk cassualities.

More gameplays to come. This game also has a reason. To give teenagers a break and to tune up there driving skills.

The open-road gameplay will be almost similiar to grand theft auto except you are not required to kill anyone. The point I am going to make on this gameplay is that you will be able to go from one place to another. Hopefully there will be certain maps which simulate a vacation or actual things that happen in life. For example. In one map you will start out in a hotel. You can walk out of the room. Go to the parking lot. Pick up your car and drive around. You can drive to fast food places and stuff. And other sims where you have to drive a car with your family in it. (Hopefully you won't kill them by driving off of a cliff in the mountains.) So basicly open-road is a freestyle and a simulation module.

Hopefully this would be fun to play when I have released some car models.

By the way. In the subject cars, well you will be able to drive from regular civilian cars to giant trucks.

If they do, I'll enjoy waiting for them to release something to the public, because they just love making people wait :/

My mod was suspended also right after I submitted it, but I think that mistakes were made so email him bout it.

I played Driver's Ed 98 last night, was kinda fun

Theres a Drivers Ed 2004. I don't even have 98. Damn. I wish I can download it off of the internet.
