It goes on between friends and Staffers (for instance I know some people have had a go at me in jest for only having one dot, but they understand why). Jokinh and cockiness are different things, and theres a distinguishment to be made there. Aside from that, Staffers are people who represent the site and uphold the rules. While not all of us do a great job at that all the time (cough me cough), Rule #1 is generally being relatively professional when dealing with people (which again I'm not). You'd need to start acting more mature, work on your spelling and grammar etc etc before you'd even consider becoming a staffie for the reason of 'experience'. Aza isn't the greatest when it comes to grammar/spelling but he makes major contributions to both ModDB and AddonDB, so unless you can contribute (and show you can contribute) and act relatively mature and make an effort to present yourself well, you have 0 chance at all. -- My Homepage
