Starting a Mod Thread

Hi! I am new to this of modding. I found a game named Gladiators of Rome, that for the moment is not working because the screen is flickering (Any help is well received), and i have some types of extensions.

The first one is .mesh. Y try to use ogrexmlconverter but doesnt work.

The second one is .bin.

The third one is .dat.

And the last one is .mob.

The are some more but this four are almost everything. The problem is that i dont know with what program i can open each thing. ¿Any help?
