Source sdk update Thread

Hey i have a problem, rtecently when valve brought out the new source sdk update, my hammer broke kinda wierdly, all my items and weapons are gone and i cant make any new ones, i can still put props and everything else in just not items or weapons, plz help if u can.

Edit: and i also do not have any npc'ss in my hammer editor
