Didn't see that on the news down here. Still, very strange, and all those people going on about how games can influence people will have some more ammo to fire at us. Still, how did they get the guns in the first place, we have lots of gun laws here.

Often people are influenced by games to kill, not because they're fucktards, but because they can't distinguish fantasy from reality. These people have osmething already wrong with their brain when they are driven to kill by a video game. A strong understanding of hte difference between fantasy and reality should exist before video games are played. After that, you can play video games all you want and not lose much sensitivity to violence.

Agreeked; it might be hard to understand, especially since most of us will never experience it, but to some people that line between reality and fantasy can become blurred, and they don't realise that what they're doing is wrong.

Any medium can aggravate such a condition though, be it books, movies etc; the solution isn't to ban games and whatnot, it's for society to pay more attention to its members and make sure the vulnerable ones aren't falling into a dangerous trap...
