Seeking potential dev team/people? Thread

Hello forum! This is my virgin-post so bear with me

I am a solo-experienced newbie game developer. With presented term I explain; I've been tumbling around with creating some small games, but nothing finished nor presented. As I quickly understood which kind of manpower this takes(and after ravaging my social-group for people, but returned empty-handed), I thought of looking for people(or) development groups on the internet. I stumbled across this forum, so here I am.

Name: Frederik Pedersen
Age: 19, 7th of November 1995
Location: Denmark, Europe
Positive attributes: Mature, punctual, sharp, self-critic, open, positive, patient(I could keep spitting out fancy words, but you get the idea), and of course, a slight experience in game development.

What do I want from this?
Experience.. experience, experience, experience. I know how it feels to sit in front of a screen and motivate yourself, to stay dedicated. However, there is so much to learn from working with other people and that's, what I want to be a part of. The feeling of assembling a group of people, then creating something glorious that everyone can be excited about, is the feeling I am searching for.

What can I offer?
Where I find myself most confident, is at designing, story telling and creating/writing video content for the game (covering as well as cutscenes). With this said, I find my self at a very flexible stage, where my path has not yet taken place. Therefore, give me task and I will complete it. Except artwork, because that combined with my hands is just wrong.

Am I in for the long run?
With the right people and the right ideas, the answer to this question will definitely be a YES.

As I was not sure if this was relevant to the game develepors, I do have some experience in creating trailers and small movies. As I was searching through my google/youtube accounts it seemed as I was only able to find some Counter Strike: Source edits I made back in the day:

Bear in mind, that this are some old clips aswell.
(As edits like these seem overedited and not really showing off actual content, I want you to see at these clips as a proof that I know my way around a video editing software).
I did also create a motivation trailer as entry to be a part of the League of Legends team Copenhagen Wolves media team, which through I got accepted. However as mentioned before, I seem to have lost access to the account where this video was uploaded.

So just as a heads up, I am experienced in creating videos and might be a good choice for creating a kickstarter or trailer for your game.

You should post some examples of your work

As I don't really have any material to show for editing actual games, I added another section to the thread. I had some former experience with video editing, so take a look =)

Do you have any experience with the source engine? I'm making a HL2: EP 2 mod and I'm looking for people to help out

I do actually, however modding have never really been my thing.

Do you have experience with Unity?

How would you feel about a Retro style game? I am a music producer though haha but I have always wanted to score a soundtrack for a retro style game (but the music not be retro style, maybe have some influences but yaknow).

I feel a retro style game could be simple easily done, very organized, etc... While art style-wise you have so many options.
