Searching for team, where i can program and learn Thread

Good evening,

My name is Thomas from Germany, I'm 21 years old and I'm studying Computer Science for Media since autumn 2008. My ambition is to study Game Development in Berlin after I finish my first degree in 2011. Then I want to start my career in the game industry.

I played many games in the past and always wanted to make my own game, but I know that it is hardly possible to create a game on my own. So I'm searching for a Project where i can learn more about gameprogramming and working in a Team of software engineers.

Here are some facts, which Subjects i had at university

Programming 1, 2 and 3 where i learned C++ and C#
Web-programming - CGI, ASP.NET, Javascript and Ajax
Software Engineering in Java
Algorithm - programming a graphnetwork
Networkcommunication - socket programming and webservices
Databases - SQL and PHP
Computer architectures and Operating Systems
Maths 1 and 2
Physics for Media

Design Principles
Concepts for Internet and Print Media
Digital Image Editing
Designing Online Media
Designing Print Media
3D Modelling with Lightwave and zBrush
Audio engineering
video engineering
digital video and compositing

Next half year:
3D Animation including Motion Capturing
Game Design - Making Concepts for Games and programming small iphone games

In addition I produce my own music since 4 years and have grand knowledge in audio engineering.

Apparently I doubt Jurrasic Life has barely anyone on there development team because whenever someone posts one these threads, hes the first to post and I can tell that that mod is pretty desperate.... Jimmy it's really getting annoying!

What about you join Radioaktive, we are making our really first source engine mod, we need someone to code.

well Jurassic life havent been updating even with the mass amount of dedication from jimmy, but my recommendation is try something simpler like unity3d which uses c# and it is free to develop and play around with. While a source mod and their code are not really user friendly.

Cuze we are two inJurassic life to work with Lightwave 3D, maybe it's a good chance for you too use lightwave in game editing.
and we have some documentation on how using it with source engine
your skills look tobe intersting in the other domain,
go on our forum and create a post in therecruitment forum, if you are intersting to working with use.
