Requesting help converting starcraft1 grp Thread

Hi all! I am making a starcraft1 mod with a single player campaign and all the cool stuff BUT I can't converte my GRPs to the stacraft pallete. Yes I did make the RLE protocole ,I made the modofication with the SColor picture and used both RetroGRP and GRP converter. And it still won't work. The finished stuff is trash! So if anyone knows what I'm talking about please replie to this tread. My last idea is to send my .bmp files on E-mail to someone who can converte them to GRP. I will be more than happy to credit you in my mod apropriatly .
