Recreating T.E.S Arena Thread

I just saw an old locked thread discussing the rebirth of Arena and Daggerfall in either the Oblivion engine or the Skyrim engine, something akin to Morroblivion which has already been completed; and Skywind which is still under development. Now for a long time I have been considering the possibility of recreating Arena in TES IV Oblivion, since all the provinces save Highrock have already been made. Taking this into mind makes the idea seem very plausible, if we could simply get permission from all the mod authors it would be no more than a simple matter of quest writing. I could not do this myself because -- while I can find my way around the creation kit -- I only have limited knowledge in scripting and modeling. But I am sure that a team could easily set about this task. I posted this to see what enthusiasm it may generate and perhaps put together a team of experienced modders. Anyway for now just tell me what you think and let me here some feedback.
