In near concept of "network-centric warfare" leads to the mass introduction of robotics, main battle tanks (MBT) to receive remote control, and also started production of prototypes of tanks without crew and operated by a robot with artificial intelligence.

The game as a tool of scientific research


The idea of creating a "project psycho pass" is based on a desire to research possibility of realization interface interaction between the operator and the a robotics.

Currently there is the problem of instant communication between the operator and the by robots. The absence of high-speed interface capable of providing command manipulation of technical devices creates difficulties in the use of modern technology, and the existing interfaces completely exhausted its possibilities.

The created game project aims to create an innovative interface through which human operator will be able to:

  1. Generate a new decision;
  2. Create a right commands;
  3. Accepted the information of any complexity,

at a speed of 0.21 second in interaction with robotics.

We hope that created innovative interface will be used in virtual reality and augmented reality.

Oh I thought this project is related to this anime:

En.wikipedia.org

but it turns out it's totally unrelated (I don't recall seeing robot in that anime, even if there were some, they don't appear often)

It is prehistory of this anime about how Psycho-Pass appeared.

Robotics in the series is the basis for successful development of society. For this reason, we begin the story of a Psycho-Pass since the beginning of the development of robotics and technology of diagnostics of human conditions. As the game progresses, we will displaceable in future, to the events shown in the anime.

As a result, we plan to create a virtual world, demonstrated in the series Psycho-Pass.
