Problems with game development Thread

What are some problems indie developers face?

From my perspective of other developers / studios I have followed and researched it would seem that many face issues when creating games or just managing the business. So I was wondering what challenges the community is facing and what a solution to the issues would be worth to them. A few challenges I have noted range from website design, social media management and find testers.

I will acknowledge that my problem is coding so I decided to teach myself a language to make the development of my ideas more clear but also once the game / business gets off the ground probably hire some devs.

Share your thoughts on the issues you are experiencing and if you found a solution. Not only am I looking to develop games but supplemental offer a service to help streamline the indie development process for individuals or businesses.
