Hello.I have a problem in exporting a soldier for General Zero Hour.When i import a soldier in gmax (Renx) and edit it , when i export it in w3d format and put it in game i see this problem :

Soldiers stand like a scarecrow. . How can I fix this problem?

okay.. ill bite.. erm you need to show some code ,
clearly the engine recognizes your soldier and has drawn your model , however you may have not assigned a texture through placement of game shader .fx file,
also when you skinned the model (you did add a wwskin i assume ?)did you copy a completed for game skin and drop it onto the mesh that was layered over the skeleton ?(so you can use the games animation sets )
Or have you animated the models bones at all and save animation sets of w3ds ?
did you export your sketon file ?
have you coded those into the model to have them be recognized for certain events ?
these answers and particulary the code you have used in your mod for that unit would go a long way to helping you sort out whats going on.
