Prison-scape Thread

Ok, basically I had an idea for a new mod. This appears to be something a little more original than your basic FPS, so hear me out.

Basically the premise of the mod or game, is that there are two teams. The prisonguards and the prisoners. The prisoners are wearing the classic jumpsuits with the black and white stripes where as the guards are wearing blue uniforms with little caps and flashlights.
A team of prisoners already have a plan to escape. There will be a map shown before the round starts showing the routes to the escape. Routes will consist of complicated underground spoon dug tunnels, to vent systems, to simple unlocked room to room travel.
The guards must prevent prisoners from escaping and must neutralize all prisoners spotted. The prisoners must make it to the escape route with at least half of the team.
Prisoners are able to pick-up a guard's items/weapons after he has been killed/knocked-out but guards aren't able to pick up prisoner weapons (which is pretty realistic...)
Some levels may require a key to open a certain door so before the start of the round a guard will be randomly selected to hold the key and prevent and prisoners from taking it from him.
The prisoners will have a radar showing the escape point, guards, and teammates. Guards will have no radar.

Weapons:

Prisonguards: Riot shield, stun gun, taser, (yeah, there's a difference between a stun gun and a taser) tear gas, baton, flashlight (the butt as a weapon) ... more as more ideas come...

Prisoners: Shiv (home-made knife), Pants (used to suffocate guards from behind), Pipe (possibly ripped out from a cell's toilet), Debris/rocks (can be thrown and can be used up close) ... more as more ideas come...

The key thing about making this game work is forcing the guards to stick together and watch each others backs, the prisoners are a little faster on their feet and use stealth to get around.

Well, it's just to give the prisoners a little bit more of an advantage... besides, the prisoners would have a planned layout of the prison before the escape... but if you're going to go over the top on realism, you could always take out the radar...

And the pants are spare pants, maybe from laundry or something...

prisoners are not naked....

They are when they are strangling people with their pants. Reference:

I like the idea of prisoner starting to take of their pants in the middle of a heavy firefight. They could then yell; "im teh 0wnz0rs!!!!!11" and all rush the heavily shooting guards with their pants.

if you want some digging action, you should do it on red faction engine

Oh yeah, and BTW, this was just an idea.. not actually going anywhere with it... don't get too excited about it

i have to say, one of the more orignal ideas on moddb, congrants on not being a total jack ass and actually explaning your idea, more over not asking everybody to join your l33t mod (though in this case you probably should as it is genuinly a good idea.) Nyways, good luck.
