Ok got mod idea, need help and no idea if done b4 Thread

Right like the title says, I have an idea for a mod. it'll be for Quake 1 and will be multiplayer only, with bots as my pc doesn't have net conection.
the basic idea is to have a frag limit and get to it as fast as possible, and when the first person to get to the limit they then watch the game till everyone has also. but when there is only two people left they have 30 seconds to frag each other before the match ends. the person how doesn't meet the limit loses, and can only watch the next round. there will be a team mode with similer rules.

there could be a co-op mode where you and your team have to finish the single player levels in a set time, there is no penelty for not doing it in the set time but if you do the team get full health, armour and ammo.

i'm asking for help as i have no idea on how to code. i'm an ok mapper. i just need help. This isn't a plea for a webite link, but a plea for a coder(s) to help me make the damn thing.

I believe Qexpo has some sort of Speed-fragging...

i can't say I've heard of one, or a mode in any other DM that does it. Maybe just setting a frag limit would have the same effect?

i think noone has done that before, but its a lot like the same ol' deathmatch i think

atomic bomb exploding every minute = chaos

i'm not really bothered weather or not about the fact thats is simialer to normal deathmatchs. i mostly want some one to code it and i'll do maps.
also i can allways come up with ideas on how to make it diffrent, i always can come up with something odd. just that i can never get it done. like CheapAlert said you could have bombs blowing up every minute and instead of them just been there gargoyles could fly in and drop them or something similer.
