oilrush MCF error Thread

I've been getting an error in Desura when trying to update. I've tried reinstalling, purging, updating Desura client to no avail. The error is:MCF Download ErrorThere was an error during the MCF download process and it has been stopped.All server connections failed.Please check you are connected to the internet and try again or check console for more info. [59.0]

There's another thread on this in the linux support forum but it hasn't received a reply in a couple of months so reposting here.

what are you trying to download?

I originally had this problem with the DLC and in trying to fix that uninstalled the game and now get the same error for the game client. Apparantly this issue doesn't effect the x32 version.

Run desura as admin i had a similar issue on win 64 unless your using linux

I should have said on Linux, I just assumed everybody uses Linux nowadays..

Any update on this issue Mr. Desura?
