No service at all Thread

About two weeks ago, this began with a desura gift from Infinite Pixels, as I had bought the game using the email shared with Desura. I had all the games I was currently playing installed and they required no updates, so the issue was not readily known.

Since then, I've uninstalled desura redownloaded and reinstalled, what sucks is - All the games are now uninstalled and I can not access any of them.. Haven't been able to play any desura games for over a week.

I have reported this via customer support privately but no responses were ever given, even now there is no response, so I post here on the forums. I can not download or access any of the desura games through the desura library at all, not even a bit. This was working fine before, and I've made zero changes to my computer. No other services are interrupted. It is just Desura.

Anyone else have or having this issue? any solutions?

Did you contact support@desura.com?
I find it odd they wouldn't have responded.

When you removed desura, did you delete the files left over in users/appdata?

And when your starting desura up, are you running it as administrator!

Yes, I have completely obliterated the folder and files repeatedly, trying to uninstall/repair replace. And yes, I am running as administrator.

Try this solution.

First allow Desura access through your firewall/antivirus. If that does not work please open the port 62003. That should fix your problem, remember that you can always download the standalone versions from the games pages after purchase, so you can completely avoid using the application if you so desire it.

Neither solution has resolved the issue.. This sucks, I hope future updates solve this issue. In the meantime I'll just take that one extra step to get a download link from the developers.
