Hey there!

My name is Damon, creator of Voyeur Games (indie game company) and I'm here to ask the community if anyone would be interested in joining my game design team. As for myself, I've been a concept artist in the industry for about three years now, and have worked with a variety of indie game development groups throughout my time.

Putting effort into indie development is not an easy task; ask anyone who has done so, and they will tell you it took lots of dedication and hard work. But the beauty of it is, when you are an indie developer you can actually see the steps of your progress, and once you finally reach your goal, the rewards are heavenly!

As for me, I've done art for a couple of small flash games that WERE completed, and then concept art for games currently in development. I wish I could say the major games I've worked on have been completed, but sadly that is not the case with this industry. With Voyeur Games however, we know exactly what we're getting into, and that's why we have what we like to call a "plan for success". Every indie game company that I have been with has FAILED because of one fact: They started off wanting TOO MUCH. The ones I've been with that succeeded set realistic goals, and achieved them step by step, with little to no pressure of deadlines, just crossing things off the list as they went.

And that's what we want.

What Were Looking For
- Graphic Artist (1)
- Coder (1)
- Animator (1)
- Modeler (1)
- Level Designer (1)
- Composer (1)

Requirements
Not really much we're asking for, just to have intermediate knowledge of what you're specific job is. Provide as many examples as you can, if you would like to apply.

We would prefer the composer to work with digital sound systems instead of traditional instruments. This way he can cover more instruments and have more freedom with composing, as well as produce a wide variety of soundtracks.

Graphic artist would preferably be able to make logos and sprites. No specific program necessary as long as you can get the job done.

To Apply
To apply, you may either E-Mail me at damon.jswish@yahoo.com or look me up on skype at Damon Swisher. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi,

You did not mention anything about payment? Is this work for hire or profit share (or other)?
