Hello. I have a great idea for a mod related to the Jurassic Park Movies. I'm still thinking about the details but it will be set in the near future, on a different island with new dinos including cross-breeds, Dimetrodon, Elasmosaurus, Mosasaurus, and others. The DNA that is used is from the shaving cream can Nedry used to hide the DNA stolen in the first movie. I will try to make it as realistic as possible with guns from 2004 and som possible futuristic guns. I'll be recruting for a while and if your interested, e-mail me at redviper2321@yahho.com. Just for you to know the story is just a draft. - Edited By redviper2321 On Fri 27th, Aug 2004 @ 5:40:07pm |

You can always just make a mod about dinosaurs in the future without using the JP name. You'd still be able to have the same amount of coverage with your mod either way, kind of like what the Jurassic Rage dev team did. -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |

as long as its not called jurassic park then it wont get shut down. they cant copywright dinosaurs , so your free to do whatever. I dont know why people base mods after jurassic park its just dinosaurs vs. humans, and you could create a story like that on your own. |

and anyways... JP is rather bad to base on... it's not really a blast and from some pals of mine i heard that the books are miles better so instead of trying to stick to some crappy idol better come up with something dinosaurs related yourself. i'm convinced you get even more audience like that. |
