Try installing newest codecs, it'll probably help.

I found it at a site but now i cant remember it....

Alright basically its cs with Physics and better graphics. AKA beefed up maps and weapons an dshaders. Player models aren too special. Doesnt look too good tho

The videos to washed out, Im not impressed.

i saw it. the player models look nice,

the weapon models look 'more' goofy than they were before
same sounds
basically same maps but now some objectscan be moved (table moved in front of doorway in cs_italy)
nothing new, nothing special.

Indeed, good thing really. All I want is a slightly updated CS.

Its mainly graphics as i said. Weapon models are beter but arms look 'unrealistic' and player models have fooken hunchbacks

the hands look NICE

meh, i think the shotgun looks goofy now. The mp5 also reminds me of something out of opposing force. not a high detail realistic mp5.

I'll probably get it, but it isn't to astounding when using a engine supposedly hundreds of times more powerful than hl1's.

Yeah i read it in several places. But that also makes it risky because i also read in several places its not done yet and hl2 is due august... If you ask me they might delay it just for cs: s

I think you need to update your codecs or something. I read this awhile ago but cant remember where...

believe me, you'r not missing much. Besides from the mapping it doesnt really push hl2 into anything. considering it looks the same in hl1. Just a little more smoother and a few ragdoll models thrown in like a watermelon or a barrel.

for some reason the player models dont look as detailed, i like the current ones more

true, but the animations and strafing are a lot better.

The guns looks like cartoon like weapons, its worst what we have right now.
